SHIPPING 

- All orders are shipped from Gold Coast! Most of the time we ship out orders the same day, if placed before 12pm. All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days.

- All domestic orders will be sent via Australia Post. Standard domestic shipping (within Australia) is estimated to take 2-7 business days. Express domestic shipping is estimated to take 1-3 business days.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

As a small label producing limited quantities, we ask that you choose carefully when placing your order. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order, and proof of return shipment must be provided within this time.

Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- In original condition with tags attached

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend tracked shipping, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Due to limited stock, exchanges are not guaranteed. If your requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

If you believe your item is faulty, please email Luluandemmastore@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

DELIVERY 

- Lulu & Emma is not responsible once the goods have been picked up by the postal courier. We cannot take responsibility for incorrect entry of address details, shipment delays, missing, lost or stolen packages sent by the postal courier. If there is an issue with your delivery please contact the courier directly.
